Supposedly when I was little I used to say I wanted to work in a cake shop, and knowing today what I love doing most, I think there was more than a little truth in those words..If you were ever wondering what one of my cakes looks like on the inside, wonder no more! Here is one of my chocolate mud cakes withercream filling and Belgian chocolate ganache coating sliced open… Place cake on rotating stand. Lay flat a inch pastry bag with tip. Fill half of bag from tip to top with pinkercream, other half with white..I love thisercream but I’m so bummed that it didn’t work for me after four tries in a row. I don’t know if I beat it too high or too long after theer was added or if it was the cocoa powder that I added but it was too soft..
